Help with iMac G4 (800mhz)

Hey guys I just received a georgeous imac g4 from a person on hardforums.com and ran into an issue.
The CD/DVD Drive will not eject , seems to be faulty.

Does anyone know the part number to find a replacement?
Is it pretty easy to change out?

Also what is the maximum ram it can take? Can it use PC-133?

Any tray loading IDE DVD/RW drive will work just fine. You just need to remove the front face off the tray (its clipped on).
