HELP WIth iMOvie HD

Alright, so I was trying to make a movie with iMovie HD with clips I shot from the built in iSight. So i was rearranging the clips when iMovie HD suddenly quit. I had forgotten to save anything because I am dumb. So when i went to go open it again, all the clips ended up in the trash. They aren't deleted yet. So my question is, how do you get the clips and everything back into the timeline and such?

just drag them from the trash, back into the clips section.
