Help With Incase Hard Shell Case

I have a 2008 Aluminum Macbook. With the 13" Macbook Pro basically being the same dimensions I was wondering was it safe to get the Incase Hard Shell Case for my Macbook. The only real concern of mine is the space on the side not being long enough for the ports. Does anyone have any experience with this or know if that case will fit?

It looks like there might have been a case made for that particular model. This is one I found on ebay:

I want to buy one new and currently they don't have any that are new. Also with the new L-shaped charger those older ones won't fit this new charger.
