Still worth to buy an iPhone 5s? I got a very good discount (U$300 off). If yes, what is the best size? I have a 64GB iPad and I wish I had more, though I don't know if I would run all the huge Apps I do on the iPad (like XCOM).

How much GB did you got and was it enough?

i wanted to get the 32gb because thats what i had on the 5. but when i went to best buy to get it they only had 16gb and i managed to slim down my iTunes library significantly as well as limit the amount of apps i use. a general rule of thumb is to buy as much storage as your budget allows. so if you can get 64 then get that, if you think you could get by with 32 then get that.

I have 70 apps and about 5GB of music on my 5s 32GB. The other iOS devices I have I use them for other things like music and games. So this way my iPhone only contain those apps I would use on a daily. i.e. Starbucks Fedex Amazon. etc.

It really depends on what you want to use most. I would say its worth it.

I always buy the highest capacity available because I like to have a lot of music on my phone. Now that there are so many options for streaming, I think my next iPhone may only be 32GB.

maybe try to hold out for the iPhone 6. Fingers crossed we may see 128GB option.

64gb for peace of mind (my personal opinion), but I would hold out another 6 months for the 6. I'm so glad I held out for the 5s instead of going straight to the 5.
Patience is virtue !.

Another perspective - aside from how much capacity you need - the 64GB 5S will not hold it's value as well as the smaller capacity models. It will fetch perhaps $10 more than the 32GB model at resale.
I assume your $300 discount is only available on the 5S (not a future phone), so the question is - does it matter to you to recoup as much of the cost of the phone upon resale in the next year or two?

I personally always get the 16GB because I use spotify, and MovieBox for all my media. If my storage fills up on apps I just start deleting them.

I have a strong feeling we will, they introduced it in the iPad and with a larger area to work with inside the phone i don't see why they wouldn't offer it as an option.

Because very few people would spend a grand on a phone.

It's it pretty easy to run out of space for apps on the 16gb?

Like you I wouldn't plan on storing music on my phone. I'd use iTunes match to upload all of my music.

I tend to not have that many apps on my iPhone at all, games being the largest ones at about 200 MB average, if it's graphically intense. So far I still have plenty of space left, infinity blade, angry bird, battleheart, shark attach, plants vs zombies 1 and 2, and flutter. Got about 3 gb left.

They do since the 64gb does not sell as much as the 16gb and 32g. Apple won't make a larger phone that too few people would buy.

Since storage is so cheap let's hope we see 32gb as the base model then. 32,64,128 :D

Hey, roughly how many apps and music can you fit into a 16GB iPhone? Can you provide what yours contains? I got my parents a 16GB 5S, I still have 4 days left to exchange for a 32GB.

For apps it depends completely on their size, music I wouldn't be able to tell you. From what I gather the 16GB is only 13.3GB after iOS is on there and 8 gigs is about 2000-3000 songs approximately.
