Help with iPhone's Mail Auto-Complete List

Hi does anyone know how to clean up or empty the auto-complete list of previous recipients' addresses on iPhone's Mail?

Im wondering this myself. Im thinking possibly if you have any emails in your inbox/sent box/trash with an address your either sent to or received from it will be in the auto complete list until you delete those emails. But this is just a guess.
