I'm new to the Apple and the iPhoto 4.0.3....I'm actually a PC user and am helping a friend.

He has iPhoto 4.0.3. and a Photo Library with a lot of pictures...so much that the hard drive only has 2 Gs left....

He asked me to delete 2004 pictures and now the Library and the list of folders shows up but no pictures.

If I go to his Pictures Folder, the pictures seem to be there, but just not in the Photo Library of this program....how do I "restore" him back to where he was....being able to see his zillion of pictures from iphoto 4.0.3.

I'm in a time bind....suppose to get on a plane in 3 hours....

Someone please help me....

Help with iPhoto 4.0.3

I tried that....it seemed to work, but still no pictures.

The pictures are .JPG in the folders of iPhoto.

I did a test and converted one to .JPEG and then imported it into iPhoto.
That seemed to work, but it will take me a year to do all these pictures.
Is there a global way to do this on a MAC?

I think the rebuilding the library didn't work because it said their should be room enough on the hard drive, and I know there isn't....only 2 GB left...

Please help...
