Help with itunes

i moved my itunes folder onto an external drive and now i need itunes to see all the music again

Please help

Go to Preferences -> Advanced

Then you can set the folder location from there

i've done that it still doesnt see the music any more

EDIT=will i have to go in and add all the music by hand

I actually made a mistake by consoldating my library when I did this. I like to maintain my own hierarchy and iTunes puts songs into different folders by atrist name...if the artist name is slightly different from one music file to another, iTunes may put each of the files into their own separate folders.
