Help with iWeb and themes. How to change "add to entry".

Hi! I have just started using iWeb and I'm really enjoying it. There is one thing though that annoys me a bit. I have made my site with a new theme, and when I "add entry", it always says Matt's Photography or something. Does anyone know if I can change it so it says the name of my blog instead?
That would be great!!
