ok unfortunately I have windows vista. which jail break program do I use? and what version does my touch need to be? where is a good diy? any help is greatly appreciated thank you.

go to ziphone.org and you need 1.1.3, 1.1.4, or 1.1.5, but I strongly advise against using ziphone.
It is very unsafe and could permanently change your iPod. Use WinPwn instead, it is much safer. If you want, you can upgrade to 2.0.1 and use it as well (2.0.2 is not yet supported by Winpwn (only PwnageTool (mac only)))

well my touch is version 1.1.4 or whatever the first one is so ill use winpwn but is there a diy on how to excute and run it? also what are some things I can do with it?
Instructions are on the winpwn page. Very easy to follow. I had my iPod touch pwn'd day after I got it.
ok I read the directions but it seemed like its geared towards iphone is it the same directions for the touch?
so i got the new itunes and downloaded the back up file but the file says its for the iphone are they the same thing?
