Help with keychain

i presume this is a keychain problem, but i might be wrong. also, i searched this to no avail.

all it is, when i register things on the net and it asks for my email address in safari it lists two email addresses to use, my .mac account one and my e-mail from my apple account. the thing is, my .mac address was the 60-day which is now ran out, and i have two other email addresses i want to add.

how do i add and take away email addresses from this list?

very quick update

i looked around preferences on safari and found it to take information from address book, from my page.

my home address was one and my work was the .mac account i don't use anymore. i changed the .mac account to one of my other email accounts, but how do i add a third?
