Help with Little Snitch please?

Hello

I've just installed Little Snitch and I have one very specific use for it. I want it to block all outgoing internet traffic from one piece of software on my mac.

I have no interest in LS blocking any other programs.

Is it possible to turn LS 'OFF' for everything apart from one program?
