Help with Mac Mail accounts

Had a rough day yesterday and had to hard reboot a few times. When I opened Mail today, I had to create a new account and none of my existing accounts were in the left bar. I checked, User/Library/Main and all my accounts are in the folder.
Please offer help to get the account back in Mail
