Sorry if this is the wrong forum for my question

I have an iphone with 2 email accounts linked to it. My personal email account and my corporate email via exchange (outlook).

My corp email is perfectly synced between my work laptop/outlook and my iphone. if i take any action, read, send, delete on one, it syncs to the other. I also have my contacts and calendar linked from this account as well.

My personal email is via my new imac using mac mail. its through att/sbc global. I have mac mail set up to only delete data from the server that is one months old. So right now, both mac mail and iphone get the emails. But you have to manage both mail boxes...deleting, reading a message on one, does not effect the status of the other box....is there a way to get the same sort of functionality that i experience with my corp email? Mobile me came with my new computer, but from my understanding, it will not effect the "syncing" i am looking for on non @mobile me accounts.

Second question: Is there a way to link ical on my imac to my corporate calendar that is on my work laptop and my iphone?

Thanks for all the help. Sorry if these questions have been covered elsewhere.
