Help with Mac Multi-Downloads

Anyone using a Mac to download files with? Which download app are you using? I have tried JDownloader, iGetter and FreeRapid with marginal success. Seems like there is always something wrong with each of them. What do you suggest? Thanks for the help

I just right-click or Option-click a download link to download a file. No 3rd party app required.
