Help with MacBook battery calibration

I went through the calibration process... Charged it... Unplugged it... Used it to drain battery. It was almost drained but I quickly plugged it in to finish a software update... I then unplugged it an let it drain completely and sit for 5 hours. Did I mess up the calibration by charging it for a short time? Should I redo the calibration?
