Help with Macbook freeze

Just FYI, I removed "virus" from your title because it would derail your thread before it got started 
Without virus in the title people will focus on your issue, not on telling you that you don't have a virus, what virus is, what a trojan is, etc.

I need help with Macbook pro 13". It is about year old. It freezes sometimes when the computer is left idle. Then when it is rebooted, the it sometimes is still frozen.
Has anybody encountered similar problems?
reinstall the OSX if u can.. that will defenetly help.
