Help With Mail Not Syncing

Hello! Recent issue that started week or so ago and hasn't resolved. Using the Mail app when I read/delete an email on my iPhone it is not synching with my MacBook Pro or iPad Pro.

- All devices are up to date on software updates
- The emails effected are both gmail accounts, they are set to IMAP

Has anyone had this happen and was able to figure out why?

Have you checked to see if the read/deletes you are doing on the iPhone are showing up in G-mail's web view? I'd want to see if the issue was b/w the phone and google or google and Mac Mail

If they are showing up in Gmail, then in Mac Mail I'd try Mailbox > Synchronize "Google"
Again if showing up in Gmail, and synchronize didn't work, I would try Mailbox > Rebuild
Again if showing up in Gmail, and neither of those worked I'd delete the account in System Settings > Internet Accounts and start fresh
