help with mail on iphone4

Hello

I just got my first iphone (4). I set up my mail accounts but it moved all my mail over from my three POP accounts. Is there a way to delete all the mail at once and start from scratch?

I already have all the mail I need to save on my mac book pro, so I want to start from scratch on the iphone?

Ive looked everywhere for this info.
