Help with Monitor Issues

I have a new (2022) Mac Mini M1 and my current monitor is a LG 43UP7000PUA. The icons and text are extremely tiny and I don't know what to do to change it. Can anyone help?
 
Have you gone into Preferences - Displays and changed the resolution? (scaled)
