Help with moving applications

I am wanting to do a clean install of Lion on my MBP. I have a the information saved on my hard drive that I want off of my MB. I am having a problem with iWork though. I purchased iWork in 2011 using a serial number. Now how can I reinstall of iWork since Apple got rid of the Trial Version of iWork? I know that I can use Time Machine but what is the purpose of doing a clean install if I am just going to revery my MBP back to the way it was before. IS there a way I am just move iWOrk to my hard drive and then copy it back on my MB when the install is done?
