hi....
well i accidentally erased all my phone setting and now all i can see on the screen is black screen and the loggo of apple and a thinking mark
my version was 3.1.2.
how can i open the iphone and make it work again ???

Never never never never erase your iPhone while it's jailbroken...
Never...

See, the jailbreak moves critical files onto the user disk, like all native apple apps. On an non-jailbroken device, these apps stay onto the system disk.
The erase button in settings erase completely the user disk. And so your native apps....

Well, now, put your iPhone in DFU mode (power 5secs, power +home until the screen turn off, and home only for 30 secs) and restore in iTunes.
