Help with my Jail break please

I have a new Verizon Iphone with 4.2.8 on it. I would like to jailbreak it and things don't seem as easy as they did back when I did my old att iphone a while back.

Could someone help me out with that devteam tool to use and if I can do this as an unteathered jail break or not.

I have the 4.2.8 ispw file already and I am on a Mac

Thanks for any help.
