Hello guys,

First of all, I'm from Brazil, so my english is not the best. Sorry for anything that will be wrong.

So, I bought a Macbook pro 13'' 2017 model 3 days ago. The problem is that this store closed a few months ago, and the Macbook was left at the storage until now....

That was ok for me, since the Mac was sealed. So I bought it, open it, and it is perfect. The problem is that when I went to Apple website to check the warranty, this appear:
We’re unable to validate your product’s purchase date.
Apple is unable to provide information about your service coverage. Please sign in with your Apple ID and provide your product’s date of purchase so that we can display your coverage information.

I already logged in my iCloud account, and tried to contact Apple to tell about my case. They said that the only way that my Mac will have warranty, is that if I have an invoice of the purchase. But how I will take it, if the store doesn't exist anymore?
Any help?

The store closed 4 months ago.......
I bought one of the itens that were left at their deposit (with discount )
Doesn't matter. You should have gotten a receipt. Now you have no proof of purchase and you're going to need that to validate your warranty. Sounds to me like you're going to have to call Apple and explain the problem to them and hope they can "manually" enter you into their system.

So they didn’t email you a copy? They normally ask if you want to have it email as well at lease when I brought mines they asked and printed a receipt. Did you pay with a card? Maybe you can show proof with a bank statement or the cc that was used if you paid with one. But yeah you got to show some type of proof of purchase check the email spam folder.
