Help with my set up

Hi there can anyone give me the advice on the best way of setting up my system. I have an 24 inch intel imac with my itunes and movies on, intel mac book pro, Airport express, Time machine 2T, Apple tv with atv flash installed (internet connection with 802.11n wireless) and an Iphone 3g. imac is upstairs internet connection downstairs. Any advice would be great
