Help with not displaying album artwork...

Ok so I got a new computer and I installed the newest version of itunes. I have clicked the button "get album artwork". So i have all the album artwork downloaded. But when I play the song then the album artwork doesn't appear at the right. There is nothing there.... Can someone please help??

Are you signed into the iTunes Store? AFAIK you need to do this before using 'Get Album Artwork'. Also, after getting the artwork, an alert box will pop up informing you of any albums it couldn't find artwork for - are you sure you haven't missed this?
