hello there...
i recently purchased an ibook g3 with 500mhz processor and 576 ram..
i only have a cd drive and dont have access to the osx cd's to upgrade from 10.3.9 to 10.4 i was wondering if there was any way to do it?
i have tried booting from an hd that has the disc image saved on it and no matter what i try the disc wont come up when you hold option at boot just my hd shows up..
i have tried using target disc mode with my friends macbook and i can bring the disc up on my ibook but when i click install and restart the computer just restarts and wont install..
i am completely lost.. please help
