Hi I am trying to set up and organise my emails/addresses and am finding it different to my previous pc. I dont know if I've done something wrong as I have also changed from pop to imap.

I have set 3 email addresses up and they are all displayed as follows:-

inbox
***email1
******subfolders
***email 2
******subfolders
***email3
******subfolders
drafts
sent
deleted

email1
***sent
***spam
***trash
junk email
***email1
***email2
***email3
***on my computer
smart folder
***flagged mail
***high priority
***overdue

I don't know why email1 appears twice, or why they dont all have their own inbox.

As they are all 1and1 imap the subfolders are set up on 1and1 webmail not in outlook, as instructed by 1and1.

I cannot for the life of me set up rules to direct incoming mail to the desired folder.

If anyone can help me I would be extremely grateful.
 
I just need to know if there is a way to direct the mail straight to a folder on receipt?
