iPad Help with phone relay on iPad 3

Hi I have both my iPhone and my iPad on the same wifi network and under settings I have the option for iPhone cellular calls but I i try to place a call on the iPad it just says iphone calls not available and also I have both iCloud accounts on the same device so if anyone can help me please. Thanks

Same problem here. Ipad Air and iphone 5. It was working last week.

Just solved it (for me).

On my iPhone, went into settings and turned FaceTime off and then back on.

Nothing else worked (rebooting everything, turning iCloud off and on, etc)
