Help with photography website

Hey guys, I want to make a photo gallery website and I want it to look like this http://mike7.net/ does anyone know if it is a free script or self coded, if it is self coded can anyone point to me some scripts flash java or php whatever that would allow me to make a website like that. I'm knowledgeable in coding, I just need a starting platform. Thanks all!

It seems buggy and confusing to me too... I would imagine it was created bespoke by the man himself. Never seen a free customisable version.

If you insist on doing that, I suggest you start learning Flash. I don't see why something similar couldn't be done without flash though... (I often fail to see the point of flash)
