I find the settings confusing and for some reason the app is not downloading new episodes every night. Can someone please confirm the settings for:

- Refresh Every (6 hours? When is the 6 hours taking place? I want to be sure episdoes download sometime between 7pm and 7am)
- Limit Episodes ( I want the 3 most recent episodes)
- Download Episodes (Does "Only new" get an episode not auto downloaded 2 episdoes ago)

Also, do I need to ensure the app is open or in the foreground? How does "update in the background work"? What if I close it out? Will it still auto download at night.
