Help with Power Mac G4

I really need help getting my PowerMac G4 back on. I was having problem with it and I decided to re-install the software but mistakely I used the software re-install disk and wiped out the whole hardrive so I it doesnt have OS on it. When I turn the MAC on, it only says please restart your computer. I am not sure how to get it back on. And unfortunately I dont have the install discs for the computer. If somecan point me in the right direction or tell me where can I get the cd to install the OS. I'd really appreciate it.

look on ebay for whatever version of OS X you want, that is the best place.

You explanation of the situation doesn't make sense. The software install disc isn't going to reformat your hard disk as far as I know. Regardless, if you don't have the system install disks then you aren't going to be able to reinstall the OS.

But more importantly, if you had any data on that disc that you care about, DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL YOU TRY TO RETRIEVE THAT DATA!!!
