Help with Quickbooks NUE 2005

I have/had Quickbooks NUE 2005 on my Powerbook G4. I was able to do a Time machine backup before I purchased a new MacBook Pro. When I tried to using the Migrate Assistant, not all of the data transfered. For the first couple days, the G4 works occasionally. It will not even start now.
I am able to open my company Quickbook file, but will run out of free opens shortly.

Is there a way to get "permission" or registration from the G4 files on Time Machine (I need it on a handful of other software)?

Does anyone have a registration number?
