Help with "Recents"

I started typing a text today and a list of recent group texts started coming up. I started looking and realized I have dozens and dozens of these. They are extremely time consuming to delete one by one. Is there a way to mass delete or "clear all" recents?

Unfortunately, I don't think there is. I've tried to figure out a way to this in the past with no success. Let us know if you do find something, though!
