Help with restoring Aluminum MacBook without discs....

I am studying abroad and forgot to bring my restore discs with me. I want to reset my whole computer for a fresh start. Just want my computer running as smoothly as possible so I can focus on my studies.

Is there a way I can wipe the whole thing clean without the discs?

I'm running Lion... 250gb hard drive, 2gb ram. This is the aluminum MacBook before it became the MacBook Pro.

Download Lion again and make a installer out of it.
