Help with Retina signal and wifi in Cydia

I downloaded this to my IP4, but when I enable it in Cydia it doesn't work. Did I miss a step?
 
Just wanted to resurrect this thread. - I am having difficulties as well. I am using iOS 4.1 in the UK.

You help is appreciated.
