Help with rollover drop down navigation

Hi, I'm in the middle of redesigining my website, and although I have design skills I have no dev skills. I need a horizontal drop down navigation bar. Ideally it would be in javascript but I am open to a flash version. Does anyone know of a version I can grab and use?
