Help with setup

Hi All
I just bought a new Ipad air
In trying to restore from my icloud it says that the latest backup needs ios 8.4
But I cant get past this setup screen in order to get the new software

Any help would be much appreciated

Same thing happened to me. Set it up as a new iPad, update to 8.4, then reset it. It should prompt you to restore it then, but this time it should work.
