I have an Apple ME account and recently been receieving spam from a Cialis seller. The emails don't have my address but someone else's (the same address each time), yet they come to my mailbox. Each time it's from a different sender. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Try setting up a rule to watch for the word Cialis (I assume you don't get many legitimate emails about it) and just toss those emails into your junk folder. If you're using the web interface, you'll have to sign up for the beta of the new version to use rules, but if you use Mail it's nice and easy to do. Of course, Mail's Junk filters have been great at catching those types of things for me, as long as I marked the messages as junk instead of just deleting them.
