Don't want to be annoying, but I could use some help.
Let's say my Macbook Pro 13" high end model 750gb hard drive comes in the mail the same time as my Crucial M4 256 GB SSD, and my usb 3.0 enclosure.

What is the simplest way to install Lion on my new SSD? Step by step please

You could clone the HDD to the SSD in the enclosure, as there is no need for a fresh install yet, as everything is still fresh. You can use CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper! for that.

MacBook, MacBook Pro: Replacing the Hard Disk Drive, transferring data to the new HDD

the guide includes:
  • 0. Identify your MacBook or MacBook Pro
  • 1. Getting a new HDD
  • 2. Guides to replace the internal HDD with a newer one
  • 3. Transferring data from the old HDD to the new HDD
  • 4. Using the optical disk drive (ODD) slot for placing an SSD or HDD inside the MB/P (OPTIBAY)

Assuming you have a Solid install of OS X on your current drive with no issues, I would just clone the old drive to the new. If you've been having problems however, you are just going to transfer those issues to the new drive. In that case, I would suggest a fresh install and migrating over the apps/data you need.
