Help with stuck waiting grey app

Ever since upgrading to iOS 7 I have had two apps that are stuck in waiting and cannot delete them. After upgrading to 7 I went through iTunes and selected the apps I wanted because did a clean update. The two apps are not updated for iOS 7 and cost to upgrade now (Capture and Atomic Web Browser). I think that is part of the problem. I have searched all over and nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Did you install these before or after you Jailbroke your phone?

I don't know but it's possible the iOS 6 version of the app you have in iTunes just will not run at all in iOS 7 but I would assume you'd get some kind of error instead of just a blank nothing.
