help with television + ps3 with imac

I recently bought a 27 inch imac and im struggling to find an HDMI to Mini DisplayPort to use to hook it up with my ps3 ive found this Belkin AV360 on the apple website but it says dispatched within 3 - 4 months, also would like to know if it is any good?

For the television im wondering if theres something which would connect sky digital to my imac, mainly ive been looking at Elgato EyeTV products but im unsure.

Could really do with some help some of the main reasons for me getting the 27" were so i could use it as either a TV or to play my ps3.

The 21.5" model does not accept input from the MDP - the port is output only. Your only choice is something like the elgato EyeTV, which is USB based.
