Just kidding. Some application you have probably created it and has a hidden file of some sort in there.
You could try deleting it again, then open up every application you have, one by one, until it reappears. That would show you what's creating it (if it is happening as I've theorized).

If you delete it, logout and then log back in, does it appear immediately?
