Help with the powerpoint 2011 video

i put htis video this is a baby with seizures i put this for my class and when i click play in the powerpoiint slide play like the second picture
I don't what the problem is, and when i save as ppxs the video save, and when i open again me presentation open with a image not the video i don´t know what the problems is

It's a macbookpro 13' 4 g ram 500 hd and iOS lino versión 10.7
