Help with Transferring my Music to itunes

I have a macbook pro..and my hard drive got deleted, everything is gone in my itunes...and I didnt back it up, however I have everything on my iphone, movies, music, ect....How do I back that all up back into my itunes Library

You need a utility such as senutil to get the stuff back from the iPod.
