Whenever I turn my iBook on I always get a popup asking me whether or not I want to install Smart Crash Reports. I always check the 'Don't Ask Me Again' option and mash 'Don't Install' but whenever I turn my iBook again I always get the same popup. What gives? I hate having to do this everytime I turn my iBook on. Is there anyway I can get rid of this?
I've already deleted two it's two corresponding folders and a preferences file but it still starts up when I turn my iBook on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
