Help with upgrade 10.5.8 to 10.6 & Quickbooks 2007 to 2011

I work for a non-profit.

We currently have an I Mac with 10.5.8 Leopard and Quick Books 2007.

Through donations I can upgrade Leopard to Snow Leopard 10.6 and Quick Books 2007 to 2011.

Challenge: You have to have Mac 10.6 to run QB 2011. QB 2007 won't run with 10.6

How to upgrade to both 10.6 and QB 2011, but be able to transfer all of the information and correctly from QB 2007 to 2011?
