help with upgrading firmware on router

I tried to upgrade the firmware on my Linksys Etherfast Cable/DSL router. There's a page where I can go and pick the firmware file, but when I click the upgrade button, nothing happens. I tried using different browsers, but nothing worked.

Does anyone have any idea why this is, or how I can get my router to upgrade its firmware?
