Help with video on 3GS

I had a video on my iphone then I was going to send it using Yahoo Mail. So I went and deleted the original without seeing if the video had actually sent. Now the video won't send and all I have is like a quicktime video in my outbox. Is there any way that I could send the video on the phone ,download the video on the phone, or transfer it to my computer?

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it

Also the video is 3.9 MB if that helps
