Help with VPC 6

I changed the ram size of my windows xp while running, then chose restart. i see the screen that says windows is shutting down and then vpc crashes. if i try to open it again it says windows xp not running, and if i click start up, it crashes. this always happened when i turn off windows, so its not the first time. what do i do? thank you in advance.

You know that it would help if you tell us which version of VPC 6 you are using. It would also help if you tell us which OS you are running.
