help with website favicon.ico

i uploaded a 16x16 favicon.ico file to my website's root folder. im still not able to view the icon in safari's toolbar etc.

heres the website: www.4estmag.com
and the icon: www.4estmag.com/favicon.ico

i also tried putting this tag in between the head command

still no luck. can any1 help me out?

Try clearing your cache adn then see if it comes up.
